Step 1: The Right Product
Where possible and when time allows please take the time to order a sample of the product you want to buy so you can assess its quality and suitability for your promotion. We may charge you a small amount for a plain sample and postage, but we’ll credit it back to you on your final invoice when you place your order.
Ordering a sample means no surprises when your order arrives. We’ll deliver exactly what you’re expecting, nothing less.
Step 2: The Right Artwork
So that we can print your logo or design to the highest quality we need you to supply your logo in a format we can use. If your artwork is low quality or unsuitable, we’ll question and discuss its suitability before we print. We’re happy to offer advice and help to polish things up to get the best results.
A great product with a poor print is a real disappointment. We do everything we can to avoid errors by working from high-quality artwork.
Step 3: Check Your Proof Visual
Before we go to production and print your chosen promotional products, we will send you a PDF proof of your design to approve. Please always check this proof document very carefully even for a repeat order.
This proof will show you the correct product specification, the size and position of your design and each printed colour with pantone references where relevant.
Step 4: A Realistic Deadline
Please allow ample time when ordering your custom printed promotional products. This will help us to work to the strict sequence listed above. Setting up your design, sending you your print visuals to sign off, manufacturing and printing your promotional products, and finally delivering them to you by our reliable overnight couriers.
If you have followed our 4 steps but you are not satisfied with your final order, we will always make it right for you and if necessary replace your order free of charge.
